When Orders Ship

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of our receipt of your order. Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the following Monday. If an item is on back order we will contact you by email within 24 hours. Occasionally, pistons-online must order products from a Wiseco California warehouse, which could delay your shipment by 2-3 days; you will be notified by email if that is the case.

Secure Transactions
We've taken every precaution to protect sensitive data sent over the Internet. All personal and credit card information entered on your order is transmitted in an encrypted form for your protection. All transactions are kept secure when you use Netscape Navigator 3.0 or higher, Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 or higher, or any compatible Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) browser to order our products. Shipping and Handling Charges
UPS Ground or UPS Next Day Air will be used to ship all products to locations within the United States of America.
Ground shipping is charged at a flat rate of $8.00.
Next Day Air shipping is charged at a flat rate of $30.00.

UPS Ground delivers in 3-7 days, depending on your zone.

All international orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service - Global Express.

Shipments Outside the Continental U.S.
Funds must be in U.S. Currency.
 
Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii – Next Day Air is not available.
 
Canada, Mexico – Orders must be placed using our special order form; shipping to Canadian and Mexican addresses is done via the United States Postal Service, Global Express.
 
Brokerage, duty and other fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict or pre-pay these charges. Please check with your government customs officials to find out how much these charges might be prior to ordering.
 
International – Customers outside the United States should email us to place an order at customer_service@pistons-online.com

Returns and Exchanges

Pistons-online can accept returns under the following conditions:

1. You MUST first email Pistons-online for approval at customer_service@pistons-online.com.

2. Requests for returns MUST be received within 30 days of our shipment date. Pistons-online will not authorize returns that are requested after 30 days from the date of our shipment.

3. All parts returned must be in "as new" condition. Any parts that have been damaged OR installed will not be accepted for return.

4. Parts returned must be in original packaging; include a copy of your Packing Slip with the RGA number noted on it.

5. Returns will not be accepted without an approval number obtained in advance.

6. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed for all returned parts.

Shipping charges for returned product and for exchanged product are the responsibility of the Customer. Any additional charges for exchanged product must be paid for in advance via credit card (Visa or MasterCard only).

Damaged Merchandise
Delivery of merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier. Should your order arrive in damaged condition, immediately inform your local carrier. Be sure to keep your original box and packing material. You must make claims for shipping damages to the delivery carrier within three days.

We carry the entire array of Wiseco Piston products, with most products available on-line. Not everything we carry is listed in our on-line catalog. If you need something we do not show in our catalog, we will get it for you, just email us service@pistons-online.com

Warranty
Most products are warranted against manufacturer defects for 90 days unless otherwise specified. Warranty is void if an item is altered, misused or installed improperly. Pistons-Online is not liable for any direct or indirect consequential damage of any kind.

To make sure all of our customers get the best deal, we have a one price policy, which is the best price on top quality pistons. Volume discounts may be available on an order by order basis for multiple orders of a single part, or orders over $3000.
